The main problem I faced was coming late into the group because of exchange. This made it harder for me to catch up with the plan of the movie and put ideas into the movie. I came in when the story board had already been made so I didn't have a choice of the story in the film. Then we all had trouble seeing each other on weekends or after school to get the footage. We went on for quite a while without film and it was not good because during class we had nothing to work on. Soon Laura and I caught up and got all the footage we needed and we resolved out problem. Other than this main problem, we didn't encounter any other. We couldn't film as a whole group because our reliability on one of our group members was low.
2. Clarify any time-management issues your group encountered during the planning process and describe the steps you implemented to improve in this area;
Some time management that our group encountered was our filming. We couldn't organise the time to take off and do all our filming. But we soon set out a day and accomplished what we needed.

Our group did make effective use of the provided templates to assist us in making our film, and it helped us quite a bit.
4. Explain whether the planning process helped your group during filming. In particular, discuss whether the use of devices such as storyboards, shot-lists, and rough edits assisted throughout the filming process;
Planning the story in storyboard before shooting our film helped us a lot. We knew exactly what shot to film after each one, remembered the storyline and helped us keep on track instead of forgetting where we were up too and what to film next. It gave us a clear idea on our film. The film would not be as good as it would've without the storyboard. Also we played around with the film before which helped a bit too to get use to filming and how to handle the camera and get the best angles and shots.
